I am fully insured and a registered member of the BACP. This means my work is regulated by the ethical standards of good practise outlined by the British association for counselling and psychotherapy. In line with General Data protection regulation laws, I am registered with the information Commissioners Office. I ensure any records I have,  both digital and written are stored securely and will be kept separately from any personal details to ensure you are not identifiable. I am required by insurance purposes to keep session notes for 7 years, after which they will be securely destroyed. You can also request these notes anytime during or after our work together.
