I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through. Together, we can explore your experiences at your pace, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I’m a qualified counsellor based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-understanding, and positive change.

I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and be truly heard.
